Delivery and Returns

CARRIAGE
a) Carriage will be paid by the Vendor where the total value of the order exceeds £250 (inclusive of vat).

b) Carriage charges relate to all UK postcodes excluding Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands and postcodes KW, IV, AB, PH, PA and DD. These exclusions are subject to additional charges.

c) Where the value of the order is below the minimum carriage paid order level, the Purchaser will be charged for carriage as specified on the web site carriage charges list.

d) All carriage charges to UK addresses will be subject to a VAT charge at the current UK rate.

e) All carriage charges to overseas addresses will be available on request from the Vendor.

DELIVERY
a)  Delivery shall be at the address specified on the purchase order or in the absence of any such special address in writing to the Purchasers premises.

b) All orders must have a full postcode and contact telephone number.

 c) We do not offer a delivery service which includes splitting pallets or lifting pallets by the delivery vehicle and reserve the right to charge for any re-deliveries that are required due to delivery address limitations.

 d) Delivery dates mentioned in any quotation, order, acknowledgement or orally are approximate only and not of any contractual effect. The Company shall not have any liability for loss or damage (including loss of profit and consequential loss) to the customer in respect of any failure to deliver on any particular date or dates.
